- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience.

- HR technology sales with a background screening, HRIS, HCM or ATS organization would be an asset.

- A strong understanding, network and presence within a specific vertical.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in negotiating client commercial arrangements.
- Experience in the contracting process.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to deal with executive level personnel comfortably and confidentially.
- Strong professional demeanour.
- The ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical solutions to solve customer needs.
